One of the great financial minds of our time, with a compassion unsurpassed, he has devoted his energy and talents to the betterment of the human condition. Wherever on earth people strive for development--wherever want and hunger exist, he finds his talents. An outstanding American, he is an outstanding citizen of the world as well. And people the world over are in his debt, as is his President.
